RELEVANSI PENDIDIKAN PERSPEKTIF HARUN NASUTION (RELIGIUS-RASIONAL) DENGAN DUNIA MODERN Nasution, Hambali Alman Pendidikan, Perspektif, Harun Nasution, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemikiran Harun Nasution dalam pendidikan dan relevansinya dengan dunia modern. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) dengan pengumpulan data dokumentasi dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Harun Nasution dikenal memiliki keahlian dalam bidang teologi dan filsafat yang bercorak rasional dan liberal. Islam rasional adalah Islam yang dalam menjelaskan ajaran-ajarannya tidak hanya mengandalkan pendapat wahyu, tetapi juga mengikutsertakan akal pikiran. Implikasi pemikiran pendidikan Harun Nasution terhadap dunia modern yaitu terlihat dari proses menjadikan IAIN Jakarta sebagai pusat studi pemikiran Islam dan pendidikan moral di semua apsek pendidikan yang lebih diutamakan. Implementasi Pendidikan Pranatal Persepektif Islam: Implementasi Pendidikan Pranatal Persepektif Islam Suryadi, Suryadi Turmudi, Imam Keyword: Pendidikan Pranatal, Islam dan Implementasi Pendidikan merupakan aspek terpenting dalam kehidupan seseorang. Melalui pendidikan, manusia berbekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga manusia akan berkembang menjadi lebih baik. Pendidikan sangatlah dibutuhkan dalam setiap tatanan masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, pendidikan adalah suatu usaha untuk mengembangkan dan mengaktualisasikan diri seseorang sesuai dengan bakat dan minat yang dimiliki.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian dalam hal ini adalah ibu hamil di Desa Bloro. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: pendidikan pranatal menurut Islam yang diterapkan oleh ibu hamil dengan beberapa metode, yaitu: membaca Al-Qur’an, Sholat, berpuasa, berdzikir, mengikuti pengajian di majlis ta’lim, berdo’a serta menjada perilaku selama kehamilan. Faktor pendorong pendidikan pranatal yaitu motivasi keluarga, pemahaman pendidikan pranatal, dan motivasi dari suami. Serta faktor penghambat berupa kondisi fisik, ekonomi dan psikis. Pemahan ibu hamil di desa Bloro tentang pendidikan pranatal bisa dikatakan cukup baik. Mereka percaya bahwa anak dalam masa kandungan sudah bisa dididik dan direncanakan sesuai harapan orang tua. Pendidikan itu berupa stimulasi, sentuhan, komunikasi, dan juga pendidikan secara tidak langsung baik dalam bentuk fisik maupun psikis. Pembentukan Karakter Pada Anak Usia Dini Di Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyiyah Mamajang Kota Makassar Nuraini, Nuraini Character Building Early Childhood BCCT Role Model This study aims to determine first, the process of character building in early childhood at Aisyiyah Mamajang Kindergarten, Makassar City, second, to determine whether there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the success of the character building process in Aisyiyah Mamajang Kindergarten, Makassar City and third, to determine the results of the formation process. characters at Aisyiyah Mamajang Kindergarten, Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research using a multidisciplinary approach with multiple perspectives including: philosophical, pedagogical, psychological and theological approaches. Sources of data in this study were the principal, administrative staff, teaching staff, and parents of students, the Head of the PAUD Division of the Education and Culture Office and the Head of the PAI Section in PAUD / Kindergarten in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, South Sulawesi Province. The results showed that the character building of early childhood at TK Aisyiyah Mamajang Makassar ran optimally where the behavior or character of most of the students experienced significant changes after receiving character education through the BCCT (Beyond Centers and Circle Tiimes) method and programmed activities and familiarization activities ( exemplary), by actualizing character values; religious, honest, patriotism, discipline, communicative, responsibility ,. Sistem Budaya Pendidikan Di Madrasah: Studi Di MTsN Model Kota Sorong Satir, Muhammad Madrasah Educational Culture Values This paper examines the cultural system of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Model City of Sorong. Madrasah education culture is something that is built from the findings of the meeting between the values ​​adopted by the head of the madrasah as a leader and the values ​​shared by teachers and employees at the madrasah. The Madrasah educational cultural system plays an important role in increasing human resources to become humans who have knowledge, skills and noble morals. It is hoped that the existence of a madrasa education culture will emerge a generation that will benefit the environment. If the cultural environment of madrasah education is clean, the filler of the existing culture in the madrasah, both teachers, students, parents, and others will feel comfortable. Conversely, if the environment is not well maintained, the madrasa community will feel uncomfortable and ultimately will not feel happiness. Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Tradisi Keagamaan Masyarakat Muslim Papua Barat Nisa, Akramun Character Education Religious Traditions This research is an effort to understand the meaning of character education in the religious traditions of the Muslim community of West Papua. The techniques used in the data collection process are interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained indicate that of the eight religious traditions analyzed, there are ten values of character education. Researchers use qualitative research methods. The results showed that Life Skill Education really provides and produces positive values ​​for pesantren because students are able to actualize their ability to achieve competence both as individuals and as part of the social community. While choosing the right teaching style is the key to an effective learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the problems faced by the guardians of the students, to describe the impact of the problems faced by the parents, and to find out how the parents were dealing with distance learning problems at MI Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Sumenep. This research design used a qualitative descriptive study, using the phenomenological study method. The data source of this research is in the form of student guardians. Obtaining data used are interviews and documentation that shows about the subject. Jigsaw team up The reality in the field shows that the students' ability to work together is still low and more individualistic and shows a low level of concern among them. One of the reasons is the application of learning methods by teachers which tend to be monotonous. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the application of the jigsaw learning model to students, the ability to cooperate with students, and the effect of the application of the jigsaw learning model on the ability to cooperate with students of SD Negeri 222 Manajeng, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. This research includes quantitative research by measuring the variables of the application of the jigsaw learning model and the variables of students' cooperation abilities. The instrument used in this study was a non-test instrument in the form of an observation sheet for jigsaw learning and the ability to work together given to the experimental class and the control class. The research subjects were students of class V SD Negeri 222 Manajeng, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. This research was conducted from April to May 2019. The data obtained in this study were quantitative data and were processed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis in the form of normality test, homogeneity test, and T test. The results of this study indicate that the application of the jigsaw learning model to the participants students of SD Negeri 222 Manajeng, Sibulue District, Bone Regency, which consisted of the grouping stage, the formation of expert groups, the reciprocal teaching stage, and exhibiting works generally carried out well. The ability to cooperate with students of SD Negeri 222 Manajeng, Sibulue District, Bone Regency before the application of the jigsaw learning method was generally in the sufficient category, while after being given treatment, the application of the jigsaw learning model was in the good category. Efektifitas Pengelolaan Dana Komite dalam Upaya Dukungan Pembiayaan Pendidikan Pada MAN 1 Padang Irwan, Irwan Yahya, Yahya DANA KOMITE; PEMBIAYAAN; PENDIDIKAN Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisisnya, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa data-data yang tertulis atau lisan dari orang dan perilaku yang diamati sehingga dalam hal ini penulis berupaya mengadakan penelitian yang bersifat menggambarkan secara menyeluruh tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya. Selain itu keabsahan datanya di chek menggunakan teknik triangulasi, menggunakan bahan referensi,  dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, pembiayaan pendidikan di MAN 1 PADANG dikatakan cukup baik, itu dapat dilihat dari segi input, proses, dan outputnya.  Kedua, dukungan komite sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan  di MAN 1 PADANG, meliputi: 1) sebagai pemberi pertimbangan (advisory agency): Komite MAN 1 PADANG sebagai mitra kerja kepala sekolah telah memberikan pertimbangannya dalam setiap rencana dan program yang telah disusun oleh sekolah. 2) sebagai pendukung (supporting agency) komite sekolah sebagai badan pendukung bagi upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan terutama pendidikan  di MAN 1 PADANG, dapat berupa dukungan finansial, tenaga, dan dukungan pikiran. Misalnya, komite ikut membantu dan menunjang  sarana dan prasarana sekolah. 3) sebagai pengontrol (controlling agency) komite sekolah di MAN 1 PADANG melakukan kontrol atau pengawasan pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah atau perencanaan pendidikan di sekolah khususnya dalam program pembiayaan. 4) sebagai mediator (executive) komite sekolah sebagai penghubung atau mediator antara pemerintah, sekolah orang tua dan masyarakat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Agar komite sekolah lebih mendukung dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan  di MAN 1 PADANG, 2) Dukungan komite sekolah harus lebih dioptimalkan lagi, termasuk dalam mengawasi penggunaan keuangan atau transparasi penggunaan alokasi dana pendidikan agar lebih dapat dipertanggung jawabkan, 3) Komite sekolah dan pihak sekolah sendiri diharapkan dapat mencari terobosan baru yang dapat menggali dan menghasilkan dana untuk menunjang keberhasilan program peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Supervisi Pendidikan dalam Lingkup Pendidikan Islam Era Kontemporer Wesnedi, Candra Hasibuan, Lias Anwar.US, Kasful Supervisi Pendidikan Islam Kontemporer Adapun maksud dari tulisan iniadalah membahas bagaimana efektifitas supervisi yang dilakukan pengawas madrasah perspektif kontemporer.  Problematikanya adalah bahwa di beberapa daerah sekarang terjadi ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah madrasah dengan jumlah pengawas yang dibutuhkan. Satu hal yang menarik adalah bagaimana manajemen supervisi pendidikan yang dilakukan sedangkan jumlah pengawasnya belum tercapai. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian pustaka dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sifat penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-analitis yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis secara tepat supervisi Pendidikan dalam lingkup Pendidikan Islam. Dari data yang dikumpulkan, didapati bahwa di era kontemporer sekarang, yang bertindak sebagai supervisor madrasah adalah kepala madrasah. Oleh karena itu, selain bertugas sebagai pimpinan di madrasahnya, kepala madrasah juga diharapkan mampu memahami dan mampu melaksanakan supervisi dengan baik. Dengan kondisi seperti itu, dibutuhkan kompetensi yang memadai yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pengawas madarasah yang merangkap sebagai kepala madrasah. Sehingga supervisi yang dilakukan dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Manajemen POACH pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Pembelajaran Luring di SDII Luqman Al Hakim Batam Nurhayati, Nurhayati Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling, Luring Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19 dilihat dari teori manajemen POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan SDII Luqman Al Hakim Batam. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, sedangkan informan adalah semua struktural di sekolah, dewan  guru dan beberapa siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. The principal has a very important role in advancing the institution he leads, so the madrasa principal serves as a supervisor, supervisor in everything that happens at school. All problems that occur in the madrasa must get the right solution from the head of the madrasa. The problem of student delinquency is no exception, in this case the head of the madrasa must make every effort to suppress student delinquency cases in order to create a conducive learning environment so that educational goals can be achieved. This study aims to: 1) describe the forms of delinquency committed by students of MTs Al Imam Cumedak, 2) describe the factors that cause student delinquency, 3). Describes the efforts and impacts of the madrasa principal in tackling student delinquency at MTs Al Imam Cumedak. And this type of research is descriptive qualitative. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that in general the forms of student delinquency at MTs Al Imam Cumedak, Sumberjambe sub-district, Jember Regency are classified as mild delinquency not breaking the law such as truancy, crowded in class, not wearing uniforms and others. The causes of student delinquency at MTs Al Imam are family and school factors. Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah: Kajian Atas Persepsi Guru dan Siswa Sebagai Pelaksana Kebijakan Pemerintah Murodah, Nelli pembelajaran jarak jauh guru madrasah ibtidaiyah Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi guru dan siswa terhadap penerapan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh di 3 madrasah ibtidaiyah. Data dikumpulkan dengan interview mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang dikemukakan oles Miles dan Hubermen. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap penerapan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh di madrasah ibtidaiyah berbeda-beda. Ada yang mengatakan bahwa kebijakan ini merupakan pilihan yang tepat; Ada yang mengatakan bahwa mau tidak mau kita harus mengikuti kebijakan Pemerintah; Ada yang mengatakan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh ini sulit, dan lebih mudah tatap muka; Ada yang berpandangan bahwa setiap kebijakan pasti ada tujuannya, akan tetapi harus dilihat dari kondisi daerah masing-masing, jangan disamaratakan sehingga tidak merugikan semua pihak, dan; yang terakhir mengatakan ketidaksetujuannya atas penerapan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh ini. Adapun, dalam hal efektif atau tidaknya pembelajaran jarak jauh ini, guru-guru di madrasah ibtidaiyah merasa bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh ini kurang efektif, bahkan tidak efektif untuk dilakukan. Pasalnya, banyak keluhan-keluhan yang disampaikan orang tua murid kepada guru. Keluhan-keluhan tersebut merupakan faktor penghambat yang muncul akibat diberlakukannya pembelajaran jarak jauh. Sementara itu, persepsi siswa juga menunjukkan perbedaan. Ada yang setuju, ada pula yang tidak. Yang setuju berpandangan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh ini cukup efektif. The purpose of this research is to study and recognize the nature of humanity in the form of honesty and sincerity based on the Qur’an, so that it can convince humans that honesty and sincerity are important and must exist in humans. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method with a literature review. This research is descriptive-analytical. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by the deductive method. Gerakan Siswa Mengajar (GSM) Implementasi Metode Tutor Sebaya di SMPN 1 Mejayan Kabupaten Madiun Prayitno, Mustofa Aji Student Teaching Movement, Peer Tutor, SMPN 1 Mejayan This study aims to determine the stages of implementing the peer tutoring method in the learning process and the implementation of the Gerakan Siswa Mengajar (GSM) at SMP Negeri 1 Mejayan, Madiun Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study using triangulation techniques. Data and sources of research data were obtained through interviews with resource persons involved and related in the implementation of peer tutoring learning methods, namely coaches, teachers, and class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Mejayan Madiun Regency, observing the implementation of the Gerakan Siswa Mengajar (GSM), documentation and literature as a source of supporting data. Analysis of research data was carried out in three stages, namely the stage of data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions (conclusion drawing). The data reduction stage of this research was carried out by focusing on the research data and summarizing the main points of the research, the stage of presenting the data in the form of narratives and explanations, and the stage of drawing conclusions through drawing conclusions and conclusions from the research results from existing data. The results showed that: (1) The stages of implementing the peer tutoring method in the GSM program (Gerakan Siswa Mengajar) at SMP Negeri 1 Mejayan Madiun Regency included three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. This phenomenon is caused by the lack of competency, procedural, lack of transparency, many nuances, and internal and external factors of madrasah principals. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. Miles and Huberman who argued that activities in qualitative data analysis were carried out interactively and carried out continuously until completion, so that the data was saturated. Activities carried out are data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing / verification. Eksistensi Mahasiswi Cadar Di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Sorong hermanto, hermanto Mahasiswi Cadar, Penerimaan Civitas Akademika, Eksistensi. Islam telah mewajibkan bagi kaum muslim dan muslimah untuk berpakaian yang baik dan menutup aurat. Allah swt telah memerintahkan kepada kaum wanita untuk menutup auratnya dengan memakai jilbab. Aurat bagi kaum wanita adalah seluruh badan kecuali wajah dan kedua telapak tangan sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam al Qur’an Surah Al- Ahdzab: 59. Di kampus STAIN Sorong, mahasiswi menggunakan jilbab pada umumnya dalam aktivitas akademik di kampus, namun dalam tiga tahun terakhir terdapat beberapa mahasiswa yang telah memakai cadar dan sebelumnya mahasiswa tersebut hanya memakai jilbab pada umumnya, kemudian mengulurkan jilbabnya lebih panjang hingga akhirnya menggunakan cadar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti mahasiswi cadar di STAIN Sorong. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data adalah Ketua Jurusan, Ketua Program Studi, dan Mahasiswi Cadar. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui: (1) Observasi; (2) Wawancara; dan (3) Dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dalam bentuk reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan serta verifikasi kesimpulan untuk memperoleh hasil akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, Mahasiswi cadar mulai ada di STAIN Sorong pada Bulan Mei Semester Ganjil tahun 2017 di Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Jurusan Syariah. Jumlah mahasiswi cadar STAIN Sorong adalah 19 orang dari 572 mahasiswi STAIN Sorong. Mahasiswi cadar yang eksis sampai sekarang berjumlah 11 orang. Kedua, Keberadaan mahasiwi cadar di STAIN Sorong belum diterima sepenuhnya oleh civitas akademika STAIN Sorong, khususnya dosen dan pegawai. Dalam perkuliahan, ada beberapa dosen tidak menerima mahasiswi dengan alasan mengganggu proses pembelajaran, khawatir penipuan, pembelajaran harus tatap muka bukan hanya mata karena dosen harus mengenali semua wajah mahasiswanya. Selain itu, beberapa pegawai tidak terima mahasiswi cadar dengan menunjukkan sikap kasar membuka cadar/masker jika melihat mahasiswi yang memakainya, dan terlihat dari mimik wajah atau cara penglihatan mereka. Sedangkan Mahasiswa STAIN Sorong pada umumnya menerima keberadaan mahasiswi cadar di Kampus STAIN Sorong. Ketiga, upaya yang telah dilakukan mahasiswi cadar dalam menyesuaikan diri di lingkungan kampus STAIN Sorong, yaitu: terus berbuat dan berperilaku baik, menerima dan menghormati pendapat civitas akademika STAIN Sorong, menjadikan komentar-komentar negative ataupun respon-respon yang tidak menerima sebagai ujian, menjadikan komentar atau  respon yang positif sebagai penyemangat dalam memakai cadar, tetap belajar layaknya mahasiswa lainnya, dan bersosialisasi dengan mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler. This research wass conducted by qualitative method with literature sstudy. The resultss of this study are first, Muhammadiyah was present iin Bengkulu around 1926 which was pioneered by Bustanul Icshan. Second, Muhammadiyah during the Dutch period was able to create various Muhammadiyah-level schools. Third, Muhammadiyah schools in Bengkulu can still run but under the supervision of the Dutch colonial. Keywords: Muhammadiyah, Islamic Education, Dutch Colonial Periode   Abstrak Pendidikan islam masa lalu perlu mendapat perhatian khusus, seperti pendidikan islam di zaman penjajahan Belanda di Bengkulu. Dimana sekarang telah mengambil peranan penting bagi jalanya pendidikan islam di Bengkulu. Perjalanan sejarah pendidikan islam di Bengkulu tidak terlepas dari peran organisasi islam. Salah satu organisasi Islam yang mengambil peran adalah muhammadiyah. Muhammadiyah berjasa besar bagi jalannya sekolah islam di Bengkulu. Dan adanya penjajah belanda menjadi salah kesulitan tersendiri dalam membangun sekolah muhammadiyahh di Bengkulu. Tujuan dari penelitian iini adalah mendeskripsikann sejarah dan perkembangan sekolah Muhammadiyah dii Bengkulu sejakk masa kolonial Belanda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif denganm studi kepustakaan. Hasill dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, Muhammadiyah telah hadir di Bengkulu sekitar tahun 1926 yang dipelopori oleh Bustanul Icshan. Kedua, Muhammadiyah pada masa belanda sudah mampu menciptakan berbagai sekolah bertaraf muhammadiyah. Ketiga, Sekolah muhammadiyah di Bengkulu tetap bisa berjalan tetapi dalam pengawasan kolonial belanda. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Qualitative research focuses on natural phenomena or events. The research subjects were English students of IAIN Sorong Papua Barat who studied Fiqh courses. The research procedure carried out in this study was to collect data in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the data analysis used consisted of 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that students' perceptions of the use of the Zoom application in Fiqh learning include: active participation in learning, ease of understanding the material, effectiveness of using the Zoom application, benefits of using the Zoom application, new experiences in knowledge, efficiency in establishing communication, creativity in learning, and motivation study. The main difficulty for students in using the Zoom application is an unstable internet network. Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana peluang, tantangan, dan kontribusi sekolah kelas menengah Muslim di Gorontalo. Penelitian ini didasari pada keingintahuan mengenai kehadiran sekolah yang menawarkan kemapanan fasilitas, pelayanan, dan program sekolah yang menarik dengan biaya pendidikannya yang terbilang fantastis di tengah masyarakat Muslim yang sebagian besar pekerjaan utamanya adalah karyawan dan pegawai, sehingga pertimbangan ekonomis dan kecenderungan mencari sekolah dengan biaya yang tidak terlalu mahal adalah pilihan utama. Lokus penelitian ini di SD Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif analitis. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; Pertama, peluang berkembangnya SD Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo sebagai lanskap sekolah kelas Menengah Muslim di Gorontalo didukung oleh faktor demografis dan faktor sosial keagamaan masyarakat Gorontalo. Kedua, tantangan SD Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo adalah 60% siswa berasal dari luar daerah Gorontalo. Ketiga, kontribusi SD Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo merupakan salah satu sekolah Islam di Gorontalo yang mengintegrasikan antara keislaman dan kemodernan sebagai paradigma keilmuannya. Al-Qur’an adalah nilai dasar pembelajarannya. Kegiatan filantropi seperti bantuan untuk kegiatan sosial kemanusiaan adalah kontribusi sosialnya.       Kata Kunci: Peluang, Tantangan, kontribusi, Sekolah, Kelas Menengah Muslim.   Abstract This study described the opportunity, challenge, and contribution of Muslim middle class school in Gorontalo. This research was based on curiosity about the presence of schools that offer the establishment of attractive facilities, services, and school programs with fantastic tuition fees in the Muslim society whose most of the main jobs are employees, so that economic considerations and the tendency to look for schools with a costs that is not too expensive is the main choice. The locus of this research was Elementary School of Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo. This research was an analytical descriptive qualitative research. The data of this study were obtained from observation, interviews, documentation, and also literature review. The results of this study showed; First, the opportunity to develop Elementary School of Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo as a Muslim middle class school landscape in Gorontalo was supported by demographic factors and socio-religious factors of the Gorontalo society. Second, the challenge of Elementary School of Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo was 60% of students who came from outside the Gorontalo area. Third, the contribution of Elementary School of Islam Al Azhar 43 Gorontalo is one of the Islamic schools in Gorontalo that integrates Islamic and modernity as a scientific paradigm. The Qur'an is the basic value of learning. Philanthropic activities such as aid for humanitarian social activities are its social contributions. Psychoeducation efforts to improve stress coping on academic stress in new students are carried out with the aim that students experience increased stress coping in dealing with academic stress. The research was conducted with the Experiment One Group Pre test-Post test Design. The subjects in this study were 58 new students who were willing to take part in the research. The results showed the Wilcoxon test through IBM SPSS Statistics 21, the results obtained that the Asymp value. Sig.(2-tailed) for the pre-test and post-test of 0.000. There are individuals who easily understand human behavior in their environment. There are also those that take longer. Deaf children tend to be suspicious of their environment. They felt that people around them often mocked them. The existence of this suspicion, makes him often aloof and hostile to the environment. This attitude is also one of the elements inhibiting the development of his personality. This research is a qualitative research with data collection tools using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the role of personal personality construct is a theory that emphasizes that every human being has the ability to construct his behavior according to the concept that will be used in implementing every event around their life. The role of teachers, parents and also the environment is very large in the social life of deaf children and affects their social life. Implementasi Pendidikan Moderasi Beragama Pondok Di Pesantren Kabupaten Sorong Satir, Muhammad Rasyid, Muhammad Rusdi Rahmadana, Arini Islamic Boarding School, Religious Moderation, The Kitab Kuning, Salafiyah-Modern The purpose of this study is to describe the phenomenon of implementation and implementation model of religious moderation education in Islamic boarding schools in Sorong Regency which has a pluralist, multiethnic and multicultural population. This is a descriptive-qualitative research with three Islamic boarding schools as research locations. Data were obtained from Kiayi, educators and students, using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, FGDs and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of implementing religious moderation education in the three Islamic boarding schools implemented automatically by the lessons of the students at the Islamic Boarding School. The implementation of religious moderation is reflected in several aspects, namely; national commitment through activities that contain the spirit of nationalism and respect for differences, understanding of tolerance and anti-radicalism obtained through the understanding of teachers and teaching materials; accommodative behavior towards local culture is reflected in the implementation of barzanji, yasinan, and tahlil. The implementation of moderation education is also accommodated through the integration of general formal education with Islamic boarding school diniyah education, then the teacher perspective through religious moderation and the most by the kitab kuning which contains a message of moderation through lessons on Aqidah, Sharia and Morals, especially in the kitab Aqidatul Awam, Akhlakul lil banin, Khulasoh and Risalah. Moderation model pattern in Islamic boarding schools in Sorong shows pattern, (1) The  integration model  of learning with Islamic material content that contains moderation values, especially through the teaching of  The kitab kuning. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model proposed by Miles and Huberman. The results show that the perceptions of school principals, teachers, and students of public junior high schools in the Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency, regarding the implementation of the zoning system differ. There are those who see it from a positive perspective, there are also negative ones. There are those who agree with the implementation of this system, some are not. There are those who feel benefited, but there are also views that are disadvantaged. But whatever it is, in a policy it is natural if there are pros and cons. For this reason, it is necessary to have an in-depth understanding and continuous outreach by various parties regarding this policy. Metode Musyafahah Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Al-Qur’an Siswa SMP-IT As-Salam Ambon Muhammad, Husen Khozin, Nur Musyafahah Method Reading Al-Qur'an. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the ability to read the Koran for SMP-IT As-Salam Ambon students using the deliberation method. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results showed that in the first cycle of 31 students it was found that the qualification score was "very good" as much as one student with a frequency of 3.23%, in the qualification score "good" as many as three students with a frequency of 9.68%, in the qualification value " sufficient" there were five students with a frequency of 16.13%, and in the qualification score "low" there were 11 students with a frequency of 35.48%. Meanwhile, there were 11 students who received a "failed" score with a frequency of 35.48%. In the second cycle of 31 students who had a "very good" grade qualification, there were eight students with a frequency of 25.81%, while those in the "good" qualification score were 21 students with a frequency of 67.74%, and in the "enough" grade qualification only three students remained with a frequency of 6.45%. Jam'iyah dhiba'iyah comes from religious Arabic literary works or old literary books but still accepted by the wider community right now. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this article examines the process of implementing jam'iyah diba'iyah activities, the form of internalizing the value of character education, also supporting and inhibiting factors. The result: this activity aims to form a muslim generation with good morals. Implementation of activities in the form of dhiba'an, mauidhoh hasanah (strengthening the character education value), implementation of punishment. The values of character education that are developed include honesty, responsibility, discipline, self-confidence, independence, curiosity, and patience. The supporting factor is in the form of a mutually proactive attitude of all members in carrying out activities. There is a partnership between parents, the community and the Jam'iyah committee. Hasan Langgulung does not only emphasize cognitive aspects, but he also focuses on affective aspects. Thus, this is what distinguishes his concept of thought from other figures. The characteristic (idiosyncratic) of Hasan Langgulung's thoughts on education is the integration of psychology, philosophy and education. This characteristic is the purpose of writing an article entitled Idiosyncrasy of Hasan Langgulung's Concept of Thought on Student Development: An Overview of the Psychology of Islamic Education. The type of research used is library research, with an Islamic educational psychology approach. Sources of data in this study are books, articles, and other library sources, which are in accordance with the problems studied. The results found from this study are that Hasan Langgulung formulates his concept of thought in shaping the character of students, which is reflected in the three functions of Islamic education: spiritual, psychological, and social functions. Competence in academic supervision, or the capacity of school administrators to offer advice to educators, students, and instructors in order to raise teacher professionalism. Professionalism in the classroom refers to a teacher's capacity to comprehend pupils, plan and carry out instruction, mentor and educate, develop students, and assess their learning outcomes in order to help them realize their potential. In order to determine the planning, execution, and follow-up of the Principal's Supervision Management in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Jauharotunnaqiyyah Palas Cilegon, this study employs a qualitative approach and the case study technique. The study's findings indicate that: First, planning for the school principal's academic supervision program entails holding supervision preparation meetings, creating supervision instruments, gathering data through class visits, determining the most effective ways to boost or increase teacher professionalism, and preparing the administration required for supervision implementation. Activities for planning supervision involve all educators and teachers. Second, the technical criteria for supervision are used by school principals to implement supervision in accordance with the standards for doing so. Third, provide direct, indirect, and situational coaching to teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Jauharotunnaqiyyah Palas Cilegon in order to build on the academic supervision of the school principal's success in raising teacher professionalism. Ahmad Dahlan terhadap pembaharuan  pendidikan Islam di Indonesia khususnya pada bidang pendidikan dan mampu memberikan sumbangsih pemikiran untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan pendidikan islam dan dapat diterima oleh semua kalangan khususnya pada bidang pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis kajian pustaka dengan teknik pengumpulan data  yang digunakan penulis adalah dengan mengumpulkan dan mengkaji berbagai buku, jurnal, dan lainnya yang terkait dengan materi. Setelah itu, data yang telah didapatkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian yang berusaha memberikan gambaran lengkap mengenai fakta sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Leadership Curriculum di SDIT Ar-Rahmah Makassar dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek kontekstualnya, Leadership Curriculum dibuat karena dunia di masa yang akan datang membutuhkan karakter-karakter positif, yaitu inovatif, problem solving, dan kolaboratif. Leadership Curriculum mencerminkan visi-misi SDIT Ar-Rahmah Makassar. Adapun tujuan Leadership Curriculum adalah membentuk pemimpin muda yang berintelektual, berakhlak mahmudah, dan religius. The purpose of this research is to identify the principles of democracy in Islamic Education and their implementation in teaching and learning. This research is based on a review of various literature sources that encompass the concepts of democracy in the context of Islamic education, the principles of democracy in Islamic Education, and their implementation in teaching and learning. The research findings reveal (1) the presence of two principles of democracy in Islamic Education: the freedom for educators and learners, where freedom includes the freedom to create, the freedom to develop potential, and the freedom to express opinions. This study aims to reveal the formation of student character in learning. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data sources from the academic community of SMP Salafiyah Pekalongan. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies were then analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The data collection process uses in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. The type of research used in this research was qualitative research. Qualitative research focuses on natural phenomena or events. The research subjects were the academic community of IAIN Sorong, West Papua. The research procedure used in this study was to collect data in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. In this study, the data analysis used consisted of 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that religious coaching is important for the academic community of IAIN Sorong and for the community because it has an effect or implication for the continuation and continuity of the enthusiasm and performance of lecturers and staff at IAIN Sorong. The impact of religious coaching on the religiosity of the academic community at IAIN Sorong is quite significant. Religious coaching can add spiritual insight to the IAIN Sorong academic community which can be applied in carrying out work. The purpose of this article is to explore group dynamics in the cooperative learning model seen from the aspect of student interaction in Islamic Religious Education lessons. The method used is library research in which the process of searching for meaning is generated from various literary sources to produce descriptive data in the form of text and words. The results of this research indicate that in the cooperative learning model, group dynamics are very important to achieve effective learning goals. This also applies in the context of Islamic Religious Education lessons. Group dynamics in cooperative learning include aspects of student interactions, their roles in the group, and the way they collaborate. In the current educational context, developing student character is the main focus in increasing the formation of individuals who are responsible and care about the environment. This study uses a qualitative research method with a field study approach, which involves participatory observation, interviews, and content analysis of various environmental education programs and activities carried out at the State Madrasah Aliyah in Bontang City. The research results show that child-friendly environmental education can make a positive contribution in strengthening students' character, especially in terms of environmental awareness, social concern and ethical values. These findings imply that child-friendly environmental education should be an integral part of the school curriculum, and a more holistic approach should be implemented to improve student character. Strengthening Students' Self-Control Through Islamic Religious Education Learning In Preventing Bullying Hafidurrahman, Moh Dannur, Moh Fauzan Self-control Mujahada bullying This research specifically examines the values ​​of mujahadah al-nafs or self-control in Islamic education materials as well as mujahadah al-nafs in preventing bullying behavior in the educational environment. By using a literature review, this research will examine articles from several national or international journals. Some of the findings in this research include: first, there are several values ​​in Islam that can be internalized in Islamic education learning which focuses on tazkiyatun al-nafs, purity of soul which will lead students to al-hikmah (wisdom). Second, mujahadah al-nafs does not only focus on the ability to self-control in the meaning of dhohir but more on purity of heart as the basis of all human activities. The third is tolerance, attitudes and behavior are very important in preventing bullying, and this can be the key to creating a safer and more inclusive environment at school. It is hoped that this research will become part of the school's reference in minimizing bullying behavior in educational institutions. The results of this research show that the internalization of Ngereng Dhebu Culture for alumni at the Miftahul Ulum Panyeppen Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School is carried out with three main processes, namely acceptance, appreciation and practice. Employing a qualitative research approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Madrasah Aliyah Darul Anshor and Madrasah Aliyah Nurussabah utilize the P-I-E model (Planning, Implementation, Evaluation), while SMK Negeri 2 Praya Tengah employs the POAC model (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) for extracurricular activities. Religious character traits identified include faith, devotion, good manners, cleanliness, sincerity, discipline, love for the country, leadership, and a spirit of helpfulness. The implementation of extracurricular models in shaping religious character involves detailed planning, foundation supervision, and end-of-lesson evaluations based on student behavior. Descriptive qualitative research is what this study is. Techniques for gathering data included recordkeeping, interviewing, and observation. The procedures of reduction, presentation, and verification were used to process the data. Finally, a second verification of the data was performed using triangulation. The findings indicated that: 1) Using MBM to raise the standard of instruction at Massachusetts Putra As'adiyah Pusat Sengkang is managed using four different components. Metode Sorogan: Implementasi Dalam Pembelajaran Kitab Kuning di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mannan Bagik Nyaka Muh. Ali Sadikin Jamaludin Muhsinin Sorogan Methods Implementation Yellow Book Islamic boarding schools, as traditional educational institutions in Indonesia, play a significant role in preserving and developing the Islamic scholarly heritage. One commonly used teaching method in Islamic boarding schools is the sorogan method, particularly in studying the yellow book. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the sorogan method in teaching the yellow book at Al-Mannan Bagik Nyaka Islamic Boarding School, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in this process. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, data were obtained through participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that, although the sorogan method is effective in accelerating students' progress in understanding the yellow book, there are several obstacles hindering the learning process, such as time and teacher constraints, teaching time indiscipline, and lack of confidence among students considered capable of guiding new students. Efforts have been made to overcome these obstacles, including regular evaluation meetings between the school leadership and teachers, coordination between capable students and teachers, formation of discussion groups among students, and inter-student group discussions. It is hoped that these findings will provide valuable contributions to enhancing the effectiveness of teaching the yellow book using the sorogan method in Islamic boarding schools, as well as offering a more comprehensive overview of the dynamics of learning in these traditional institutions. Manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka pada Madrasah Inklusi Murodah, Nelli Riska Mutiara, Mela Management Independent Curriculum Inclusive Madrasah This research is a qualitative study which aims to analyze the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation model of the independent curriculum at inclusive madrasas at MI Walisongo Kranji 01 Kedungwuni. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the interactive analysis model proposed by Miles and Hubermen. The results show that: 1) Curriculum planning includes discussions between the madrasa head and the madrasa coordinator. This discussion is carried out before a meeting is held with the teacher to discuss activity plans in the learning process using the applied curriculum, 2) Organizing the curriculum includes choosing the right homeroom teacher in the new school year, then designing the lessons that will be delivered, 3) Implementing the curriculum in the form of appropriate learning carried out by the teacher, and this is the responsibility of the class teacher and subject teacher. As for children with special needs, there is an Individual Learning Program (PPI) that has been scheduled, and 4) In curriculum evaluation there are three stages of assessment or assessment which include, diagnostic assessment, formative assessment, and summative assessment. This type of research is qualitative with a case study model. Data collection in this research uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Next, the data is collected, reduced, presented, and then inferred. At the end triangulation is carried out. Implementasi Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Dalam Perspektif Trait Approach Zikrul Hamdani Leadership The Role of the Principal Approach Inquiry This study highlights the importance of leadership in Islamic educational institutions, particularly through the trait approach which emphasizes characteristics such as intelligence, maturity, achievement drive, and integrity. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive methods, this research was conducted at MTs Qur'aniyah Batu Kuta through observations and interviews with the school principal, school committee, teachers, and students, as well as utilizing data from school profiles and religious activity records. The findings indicate that these traits significantly contribute to the effectiveness of the madrasah principal's leadership, as evidenced by the principal's ability to make strategic decisions, manage resources and conflicts, design high-quality curricula, drive innovation, and maintain integrity and transparency in school management. This study offers practical contributions for the development of madrasah principals' leadership and provides theoretical contributions to the study of leadership in the context of Islamic education. The "Kurikulum Merdeka" (Independent Curriculum) is the latest innovation implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). This curriculum is designed to provide deeper learning experiences and focuses on strengthening students' competencies and character development. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka, identify opportunities and challenges, and outline strategic steps to leverage opportunities and overcome challenges in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka at Elementary School (SDN) 1 Sandik and Elementary School (SDN) 1 Meninting. This research employes a descriptive qualitative approach, using a case study methodology. Data collection procedures include interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique utilized was qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in both schools began with understanding government regulations, followed by preparing documents such as the Operational Curriculum of Educational Units, creating teaching modules, project modules, and assessments. 2) The opportunities available to both schools include policies from the central and local governments regarding funding for the Kurikulum Merdeka, and support from school principals, teachers, and parents to back various programs. However, challenges arise from human resources (educator competencies). 3) The strategic steps taken by both schools to leverage opportunities and address challenges include maximizing the school's learning community to discuss the Kurikulum Merdeka, organizing workshops, participating in webinars, and undergoing independent training via the "Platform Merdeka Mengajar" application. Ali Jadid Efendi, Harja Managerial Competency Principal Teacher Performance This study aims to explore and analyze the contribution of principals' managerial competencies in the development of teacher performance, focusing on five core competencies: personality, managerial, entrepreneurship, supervision, and social, as stipulated by Ministerial Regulation No. 13 of 2007. Using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, the research was conducted at SMKS Yusuf Abdussatar, Kediri District, West Lombok, by collecting primary data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the principal plays a crucial role in planning, organizational development, leadership of teachers and staff, management of facilities and infrastructure, and creating a conducive work culture, all of which significantly contribute to the improvement of teacher performance. This study provides a deep understanding of the importance of managerial competencies in achieving educational goals and offers practical strategies for principals and policymakers to enhance the quality of education through the development of managerial competencies. This study aims to optimize learning in digital learning at SMA Islam Al Azhar 4 Kemang. Education significant transformation in the era of information technology, with the introduction of devices such as Smart Boards and iPads offering limitless potential in enhancing teaching and learning processes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques used by the researcher are FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and observation. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the interest of students at SMA Islam Al Azhar 4 Kemang increased after the use of digital learning media in the form of Smart Boards and iPads. Students felt the effectiveness of using digital learning media. The findings of this study are that the use of iPads can provide significant benefits in digital learning at SMA Islam Al Azhar 4 Kemang if used appropriately. Various learning on iPads can increase student interaction and involvement in the learning process. In addition, the integration of rich multimedia features in Smart Boards and iPads helps to explain complex concepts more clearly and attractively. The challenges that need to be overcome so that the potential of Smart Boards and iPads can be truly maximized in learning at SMA Islam Al Azhar 4 Kemang are the difficulty in integrating this technology into the existing curriculum and finding a balance between the use of technology with traditional teaching methods. This study aims to analyze the teaching methods at Pondok Pesantren Jareqje Pambusuang, which integrate traditional (salafi) and modern (khalafi) approaches. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, involving observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that the sorogan, bandongan, and outdoor learning methods enhance active student engagement and collaboration, which are essential for optimal learning outcomes. A supportive learning environment also plays a role in influencing student interest and engagement. Evaluation is comprehensively conducted through diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments that evaluate both academic abilities and character development of the students. The implications of this research suggest professional development for educators, the integration of technology in teaching, and health programs to improve the effectiveness of learning and student well-being. Manajemen Strategi Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Di Smp Al Bayan Kota Makassar Jumaruddin Muhammad Ramli Misykat Malik Ibrahim Education Management, Strategic Management, Quality Improvement The purpose of this study is to describe the strategic management approach used to improve teaching standards at Al Bayan Junior High School Makassar City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used include notes, interviews, and observations. This research uses three activity streams for qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. The data triangulation technique was used in assessing the validity of the data. The findings show that: (1) Al Bayan Junior High School Makassar City conducts integrated, methodical, and comprehensive planning through the following stages in order to realize the quality of education: a) Examining the school's internal environment both material, technical, and human resources. b) Examining the geographical, social, and economic context outside the school. c) Careful observation and in-depth analysis. (2) In implementing initiatives aimed at raising educational standards, Al Irsyad leaders use the following policies: a) Continuous process improvement. b) Creating standards for school improvement and quality assurance. c) Establishing a school culture. d) Modifying the organizational structure. e) Maintaining positive interactions with customers. Pembentukan Karakter Religius, Disiplin, dan Mandiri Siswa Taman Kanak-Kanak dalam Budaya Begibung pada Suku Sasak Wahyuni, Indriwati Winata, Aliahardi Candra Isnaini Saddam Nizaar, Muhammad Characte Religious Discipline Independence "Begibung," a communal dining tradition long practiced by the Sasak community, has now become the focus of research in the context of character formation among students at kindergarten. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, with the study subjects comprising 20 students, 4 educators, and the head of the kindergarten. Research instruments include observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview guidelines, utilizing the Miles and Huberman method for data analysis to attain a comprehensive understanding of the effects of the communal dining program. The questionnaire comprises 5 items assessing religious character, 5 items for discipline, and 7 items for independence. Research findings indicate that the "Begibung" program in kindergarten effectively enhances religious character, achieving a commendable 89%. This outcome reflects the program's success in reinforcing religious values among students. Discipline character, reaching 74%, demonstrates a contribution in shaping student discipline through established rules. The independence character, marked at 65%, presents an opportunity for future enhancement in developing students' self-reliance, with a particular focus on personal initiative. The "Begibung" program in kindergarten proves to be highly  effective in shaping the religious, disciplinary, and independent characters of students. This research makes a positive contribution to understanding the potential of the "Begibung" program as a character formation strategy in kindergarten. The results show that:The leadership of the Madrasah Principal at MIN Fakfak applies a participative leadership approach, has a democratic, straightforward, and open leadership style, prepares time to communicate with student teachers and school residents, emphasizes teachers and school residents to fulfill the norms learning norms with high discipline, monitoring students' learning progress, holding meetings actively, regularly and continuously with the school committee, teachers and school community, guiding and directing teachers in solving problems and being willing to assist proportionally and professionally, allocating the necessary funds to guarantee the implementation of learning programs, conduct class visits to observe learning activities.The leadership strategy of the Madrasah head in improving the quality of Islamic education at MIN Fakfak, quality educational input, and an effective learning process, can produce the output expected by the school.The impact of the Madrasah head's leadership strategy on improving the quality of Islamic education at MIN Fakfak can be seen from the impact on input, process, and output where the quality of education is getting higher. Improving the Quality of Education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Fakfak through Leadership Strategies implemented by the Head of Madrasah Laenussa, Ratna Amin, Surahman Sudirman Madrasah Head Strategy Education Quality The goal of this study is to assess how the Head of the MTsN Fakfak carries out their main roles and functions, identify the factors that assist or hinder the head of the Fakfak State Tsanawiyah Madrasah in improving the quality of education, and investigate the solutions implemented by the Madrasah Head to overcome obstacles to carrying out these primary tasks. The qualitative study draws on pedagogical, management, and theological approaches. Primary data was gathered from the madrasah head, teachers, administrative staff, and relevant individuals within the madrasah, while secondary data was collected from books, the internet, and other sources related to the research problem. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The study found that the head of MTsN Fakfak utilizes a democratic leadership style in fulfilling their main responsibilities, as evidenced by the active, dynamic, and purposeful strategies, actions, and programs that involve all stakeholders in advancing the institution. The leadership of the madrasah head has had a positive impact on the quality of education, but there are areas for improvement that require a more effective strategy for the madrasah head to fulfill their duties. The study suggests that as a leader, the head of the madrasah must continuously and optimally carry out their primary responsibilities to enhance the quality of education within the madrasah. Consequently,madrasah heads must adeptly mobilize resources in program planning and evaluation, curriculum development, learning, personnel management, learning facilities and resources, finance, student and community services, and fostering a conducive madrasah environment. Metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Dengan menggunakan sumber data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan guru pendidikan agama islam di MI Al-Maa’rif Fak-fak. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh diperiksa keabsahannya yang bertujuan agar dipertanggungjawabkan secara ilmiah. Implementasi Pembinaan Kerohanian Islam Pondok Pesantren di Rutan Kelas IIB Nganjuk Ahmad Akbar Beng Lieng Islamic spiritual development Islamic Boarding School Detention Centers Criminal acts are actions that are prohibited by law and subject to sanctions. Perpetrators of criminal acts are often influenced by factors such as need, bad habits, or family environment. The criminal justice process does not only aim to punish, but also rehabilitate perpetrators through guidance in correctional institutions. In Indonesia, the correctional system is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, emphasizing collaboration between prisoners, supervisors and the community. Law No. 22 of 2022 underlines the importance of coaching to prepare prisoners to return to society. However, overcrowding in detention centers often causes stress and negative behavior. Nganjuk Class IIB Detention Center addresses this issue with an Islamic boarding school-based coaching program aimed at increasing the faith and morals of inmates. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving observation, documentation and interviews. The results show that spiritual development programs, such as congregational prayers and recitations, are effective in increasing the spirituality of prisoners. However, challenges such as lack of motivation still exist. Therefore, more interesting coaching strategies are needed to optimally achieve rehabilitation goals. This program also prepares prisoners for reintegration with a stronger faith. The population in this study consists of 102 respondents, and the entire population is used as the research sample (saturation sampling technique). The research instrument is a questionnaire administered directly to respondents after conducting validity and reliability tests. The data obtained were tested using three prerequisite tests: normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The hypothesis tests used in this study are the F test and the T test, analyzed using SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) partially, the democratic leadership of school principals does not have a positive effect on teacher performance; (2) partially, teacher welfare has a positive effect on teacher performance; (3) partially, school culture has a positive effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously, the democratic leadership of school principals, teacher welfare, and school culture have a positive effect on teacher performance with a calculated F value greater than the table F value (36.059 > 3.09) with a significance value less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The implications of this study highlight the need to improve teacher welfare and develop a better school culture to optimize teacher performance. A positive and inclusive school culture can create an environment where all members of the school, including teachers, staff, and students, feel valued and motivated to participate in decision-making.
