Abstract

Every child has the right to equal access to quality education, including children with special needs. Children with special needs are those who have different needs from other children in general. Learning for children with special needs is a complex challenge in the educational context. Children with special needs often require an individualized learning approach, educational support, and adaptations in the delivery of learning material. Therefore, it requires a deep understanding of the characteristics of children with special needs, effective learning strategies, and approaches that can create conducive learning for all children.
This journal aims to explain the importance of appropriate learning for children with special needs, as well as identifying effective strategies and approaches in increasing their participation and learning achievement.
