Author Guideline

The journal accepts:
1. Empirical Research Articles (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods)
2. Conceptual Articles
3. Systematic Literature Reviews
Opinion-based articles without clear scientific methodology will not be considered.
General Requirements
• The manuscript must be original and not under review elsewhere.
• Written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx).
• Length: 6,000–8,000 words.
• Must follow the official IJSBM template.
• Maximum similarity index: 20% (Turnitin).
Article Structure
For Empirical Research Articles:
1. Title (maximum 15 words, clear and specific)
2. Author(s) Name(s) (without academic titles)
3. Affiliation and Email Address
4. Abstract (150–200 words, in English)
5. Keywords (3–5 keywords)
6. Introduction
7. Literature Review
8. Research Method
9. Results
10. Discussion
11. Conclusion
12. References
Conceptual Articles:
1. Introduction
2. Theoretical Framework
3. Conceptual Analysis / Discussion
4. Conclusion
5. References
Formatting Guidelines
• Manuscripts should be typed in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
• Use Times New Roman, 12 pt font, 1.5 line spacing, and justified text alignment.
• Page length: 4,000–8,000 words including references and appendices.
• Use APA Style 7th Edition for citations and references.
• Quotations from Arabic sources should include transliteration and translation.
• Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and cited in the text.
Citation and References
• Must follow APA Style 7th Edition
• Minimum of 20 references
• At least 80% of references must be from scholarly journals published within the last 10
years
• Authors must use reference management software (e.g., Mendeley or Zotero)
