Faktor Ketidakhadiran dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik

One factor related to academic success is student attendance in learning activities. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause student absenteeism and its impact on learning outcomes. This study employs a literature review approach by collecting and analyzing various sources, specifically scientific journal articles relevant to the research topic. Research data were obtained through a literature search on the Google Scholar database, limiting the sources to publications from the past 10 years. The results indicate that there are various factors influencing absenteeism, including both those originating from within the students themselves (internal factors) and those originating from outside the students (external factors). Research on the relationship between absenteeism and academic achievement has yielded mixed results. Some studies have found a significant relationship or influence between attendance and academic achievement, while others have found no significant relationship. These differences indicate that absenteeism is one aspect related to the learning process, but it is not the sole determinant of academic achievement
