ARTICLE PUBLICATION CHARGE
Al-Mumtaz: Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam is committed to supporting the dissemination of high-quality scholarly research in Islamic educational management and related fields. The journal seeks to ensure that publication costs do not become an unnecessary barrier for researchers, academics, and practitioners who wish to share original and valuable research findings with the academic community.
At present, the journal does not charge authors for article submission or online publication. A fee may apply only when authors request a printed copy of their published article or issue. The journal aims to maintain a transparent publication fee policy so that authors can understand any applicable costs before proceeding with publication.
1. ARTICLE SUBMISSION FEE
Fee: IDR 0.00
No article submission fee is charged. Authors may submit their manuscripts through the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform without making any payment. The submission and initial editorial assessment of a manuscript are not subject to a submission charge.
2. ONLINE ARTICLE PUBLICATION FEE
Fee: IDR 0.00
No fee is charged for the online publication of accepted articles. Authors are not required to pay an article processing charge (APC) for making their articles available online through the journal. This policy is intended to facilitate broad access to scholarly contributions and to encourage the dissemination of research relevant to Islamic educational management.
3. PRINTED ARTICLE PUBLICATION FEE
Estimated fee: IDR 100,000
A fee may be charged to authors who voluntarily request a printed copy of their published article or the relevant journal issue. The estimated cost is IDR 100,000. This amount is indicative and may vary depending on printing requirements, delivery distance, postage, and other applicable shipping expenses.
Printed copies are optional and are not a requirement for publication. Authors who choose online publication only will not be charged the printed publication fee. Any applicable printing and delivery costs should be confirmed with the editorial office before an order is finalized.
4. FEE WAIVER AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The journal recognizes that authors may have limited access to research funding or institutional financial support. If an author is unable to pay an applicable publication-related cost, the author may request a fee waiver or other appropriate consideration from the editorial office.
Requests for a waiver will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Authors are encouraged to explain their circumstances and submit their requests to the editorial office. The availability of a waiver will depend on the nature of the fee and the journal's applicable arrangements.
The journal does not intend for financial circumstances to prevent authors from contributing valuable scholarly work. Editorial decisions are based on the manuscript's academic quality, originality, relevance to the journal's focus and scope, methodological soundness, and compliance with publication ethics. The ability or inability to pay a fee does not determine whether a manuscript is accepted for publication.
5. TRANSPARENCY AND EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE
Al-Mumtaz: Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam is committed to transparency in its publication fee policy. Authors should review the applicable charges before requesting printed copies or arranging delivery. Any changes to the journal's fee policy should be communicated through the journal's official website.
Payment of an optional fee does not guarantee acceptance, expedited review, or preferential treatment. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal's editorial policies and peer-review procedures. Editorial decisions remain independent of any payment related to printing or delivery.
