Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access or other security concerns to the journal's editorial team or the relevant platform administrator.

Personal information and editorial records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer submissions, document editorial decisions, maintain publication records, preserve the scholarly record, meet institutional requirements, or comply with applicable law. Retention and deletion practices should follow the publisher's established procedures and the capabilities of the journal's online system.
