The SEARCH journal in this edition presents six articles centering on innovative approaches to science education at the primary and secondary levels. These include: implementing an ecoprint project to foster creativity in grade four science lessons; conducting outdoor science instruction to enhance interest and everyday knowledge; developing animated video-based instructional media for elementary science; applying the Make a Match method to improve student outcomes in science;  examining the relationship between teachers’ visualization strategies and students’ comprehension; and analyzing pedagogical demonstration skills of prospective teachers in microteaching of science. Across these studies, the emphasis lies on enhancing instructional media, methods, and teacher competencies to elevate student learning in science.
