In this issue, the Journal of Quality Assurance in Islamic Education (JQAIE) presents a series of studies focused on strengthening leadership, curriculum governance, and the evaluation of educator professionalism within Islamic educational institutions. This collection examines student quality management in Islamic boarding schools, the impact of madrasah leadership effectiveness and work motivation on teacher performance, and principal management strategies for enhancing teacher professionalism.
