COPYRIGHT POLICY

CREAT: Contemporary Research in Education and Teaching recognizes and respects the intellectual property rights of authors. Copyright of articles published by the journal remains with the respective author(s), unless otherwise stated in a specific publication or copyright agreement. By publishing an article in CREAT: Contemporary Research in Education and Teaching, authors grant the journal the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, archive, and make the published work available as part of the journal's scholarly record.

All articles published by CREAT: Contemporary Research in Education and Teaching are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) . This open-access licensing policy supports the dissemination, accessibility, reuse, and development of scholarly knowledge while ensuring that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and CREAT: Contemporary Research in Education and Teaching.

AUTHOR RIGHTS

Authors retain copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights in their published work. Subject to the terms of the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, authors may share, disseminate, reproduce, archive, and reuse their published articles for academic, educational, research, professional, and other lawful purposes. Authors may also deposit the published version of their article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or other appropriate scholarly platforms, provided that proper attribution to the original publication in CREAT: Contemporary Research in Education and Teaching is maintained.

LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

The CC BY-SA 4.0 license permits users to freely access, read, download, copy, share, redistribute, and adapt the published work in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes. NO ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS

Users may not apply legal terms, technological measures, or other restrictions that prevent others from exercising the rights granted by the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. The freedoms provided by the license may be exercised provided that users comply with the applicable attribution and ShareAlike requirements.

RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE

CREAT: Contemporary Research in Education and Teaching encourages the responsible reuse and dissemination of published research for educational, academic, research, and professional purposes. Users are expected to maintain academic integrity, respect the rights of authors and third parties, provide accurate attribution, and avoid any use of published materials that could misrepresent the original authors, research findings, or the journal.

The CC BY-SA 4.0 license does not waive or eliminate other rights that may apply to the material, including privacy, publicity, moral rights, trademark rights, or rights relating to third-party content.
