Readers are able to access published articles directly through the journal's online platform without being required to register or pay a fee solely for reading the content.
The journal's open-access policy is intended to support equitable access to scholarly knowledge for researchers, lecturers, teachers, students, policymakers, practitioners, educational institutions, and the wider public.
All articles published by CREAT are made available online immediately upon publication. The journal does not impose an embargo period on access to its published content. Readers can access the full text of articles through the official journal website without subscription or payment requirements.

CREAT publishes its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license, unless otherwise stated in the individual article or publication agreement.
The CC BY-SA 4.0 license permits users to share, copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the published work, including for commercial purposes, provided that the terms of the license are followed. Users must give appropriate credit to the original author or authors, provide a link to the license, and indicate whether changes were made. Adapted material must be distributed under the same license where required by the CC BY-SA 4.0 terms.
The official license information is available at: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International .
Authors retain the rights specified in the journal's copyright and publication agreement. Authors are permitted to share and disseminate their published work in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license and the journal's Repository Policy.
Authors may deposit permitted versions of their articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, academic websites, personal websites, or other appropriate scholarly platforms, subject to the conditions of the applicable license and the journal's repository and archiving policies.
Although CREAT provides unrestricted access to its published content, users are expected to provide proper scholarly attribution whenever they reuse, reproduce, cite, or adapt material published by the journal.
Appropriate attribution should identify the author or authors, article title, journal title, publication year, and other relevant bibliographic information. Where available, users should also provide the article's DOI or persistent link to the official CREAT publication.
Open access does not diminish the scholarly standards applied to articles published by CREAT. All manuscripts remain subject to the journal's editorial and peer-review procedures before publication, where applicable.
Authors, reviewers, editors, and readers are expected to uphold the principles of research integrity, academic honesty, proper attribution, and responsible scholarly communication. Open access must not be interpreted as permission to plagiarize, misrepresent, manipulate, or otherwise misuse published research.
The Creative Commons license applied to a CREAT article does not automatically apply to third-party materials incorporated into that article when such materials are separately protected by copyright or other rights. Users intending to reuse third-party content are responsible for determining whether additional permission is required.
Where applicable, authors should identify third-party materials that are excluded from the article's Creative Commons license or are subject to separate licensing conditions.
CREAT supports the long-term preservation and dissemination of its scholarly publications through appropriate repositories and digital preservation systems. Authors may deposit permitted versions of their articles in accordance with the journal's Repository Policy.
Repository copies should acknowledge the original publication in CREAT and, where available, provide a persistent link or DOI to the official version of record. This practice helps maintain accurate citation, discoverability, and the integrity of the scholarly record.
CREAT does not require readers to purchase a subscription or pay an article access fee to read the journal's published articles. The journal's open-access model is designed to remove financial barriers to accessing scholarly research.
Any fees that may apply to authors in connection with editorial, publication, or administrative services are separate from the reader's right to access published articles. Such fees, if applicable, are governed by the journal's separate policies and do not constitute a subscription charge for readers.
CREAT is committed to maintaining open access to its published scholarly content over the long term. The journal will make reasonable efforts to preserve published articles through appropriate digital archiving and repository arrangements so that the scholarly record remains available to the academic community.
The journal may periodically review its open-access policy to ensure continued alignment with developments in scholarly publishing, open-access standards, Creative Commons licensing, digital preservation, research integrity, and applicable institutional or national requirements.

All published articles are freely available to readers immediately upon publication without subscription or access charges.
